Amb. (Retd.) Dr. Mohan Kumar has been Dean & Professor at O.P. Jindal Global University for the last 8 years. Prior to this, he was a member of the prestigious Indian Foreign Service (IFS) for over 36 years, ending up as India's Ambassador to France based in Paris. In the nineties, he was India's lead negotiator at first the GATT and then the WTO and dealt with issues such as IPRs, Services, Dispute Settlement and Environment. Amb. (Retd.) Talmiz Ahmad is the former ambassador to Oman, the UAE and Saudi Arabia. He is presently Distinguished Professor for International Studies, Symbiosis International University, Pune. His latest book, West Asia at War, was published in 2022. He writes and lectures regularly on the politics and economics of West Asia, Eurasia, and the Indian Ocean and on energy security issues.

He was Director General of the Indian Council of World Affairs, New Delhi from 2018 to 2021.

Dr. Monish Tourangbam is a Senior Research Consultant at the Chintan Research Foundation (CRF), New Delhi. His research focuses on U.S. foreign policy and U.S. domestic politics, U.S.-India relations, geopolitics of the Indo-Pacific region and India’s foreign policy orientations. Earlier, he was Honorary Director at the Kalinga Institute of Indo-Pacific Studies and Associate Editor at India Quarterly. He was also Associate Editor of the Indian Foreign Affairs Journal. He was an Associate Professor at Amity University, Senior Assistant Professor at Manipal Academy of Higher Education and Associate Fellow at Observer Research Foundation. He was also a Visiting Faculty at the University of Cincinnati, Ohio and a Visiting Fellow at the Stimson Centre, Washington D.C. He has been an Indian delegate in a number of track 2 dialogues and delivers invited lectures in a number of institutes in India and abroad. His earlier diplomatic assignments were in Moscow, Warsaw, Thimphu, Tehran, Geneva and Washington DC. Amb. (Retd.) Navtej Sarna is an award-winning author of several works of fiction and non-fiction.

His works include the novels Crimson Spring, The Exile, and We Weren’t Lovers Like That; the short story collection Winter Evenings; and the historical travel narrative Indians at Herod’s Gate. He is a prolific columnist and commentator on foreign policy and literary matters, contributing regularly to media platforms in India and abroad.

Amb. (Retd.) Sunjay Sudhir is an Indian diplomat with over three decades of leadership in international relations, economic diplomacy, energy policy, and global governance. As Ambassador of India to the UAE, he spearheaded landmark initiatives in trade, investment, defence, fintech, education, and technology cooperation—most notably the India–UAE CEPA and the establishment of the first-ever overseas campuses of Symbiosis University (Dubai), IIT Delhi (Abu Dhabi), and IIM Ahmedabad (Dubai). He is recognized for his board-level governance experience in the energy sector, expertise in international trade law and negotiations, and contributions to India’s strategic economic engagement globally.

Dr. Ajit Ranade is presently Senior Fellow and Trustee with the Pune International Centre. His thirty-five year career has spanned academic, research and corporate assignments. He served as the Vice Chancellor of Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics, a deemed University in Pune from February 2022 till October 2024. Prior to that he was Group Executive President and Chief Economist with the Aditya Birla Group, an Indian multinational conglomerate. Ranade has been a member of the executive committees of apex industry chambers such as Confederation of Indian Industry, FICCI and MCCIA, and has served on several committees of the Reserve Bank of India. He has earlier been a faculty member at universities in the U.S.A. and in India.
